Applications open for Fiji Innovation Activator 2026
The Fiji Innovation Hub has officially opened applications for the Fiji Innovation Activator 2026, an accelerator programme supporting early stage startups in Fiji.
The program duration will be for nine weeks from 28 April – 26 June 2026 and is targeted for early-stage founders, innovators and entrepreneurs developing digital and technology enabled solutions in Fiji. The programme focuses on innovative fintech initiatives that streamline business operations and with up to two wildcard slots reserved for sustainability-focused solutions that enhance long term economic and environmental resilience.
Date: 28 April – 26 June 2026
Location: Hybrid (online and in person)
• Kick-off and closing sessions held in person at the Reserve Bank of Fiji, Suva
What the programme offers:
• Weekly coaching from innovation specialists
• Mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts
• Hands-on customer discovery and market validation
• Connections to key players across Fiji’s startup, financial, and regulatory ecosystem
• Peer learning within a cohort of fellow tech founders
• A hybrid delivery format allowing participation from anywhere in Fiji
Number of startups supported: Up to seven (7) startups will be selected
Cost to participate: Free of charge
To participate applicants must be solo founders or part of a founding team based in Fiji, be working on a digital or technology enabled solution, be at the idea, prototype, or early product stage and do not need prior startup or entrepreneurship experience. All applications will be online and can be submitted by clicking on – Fiji Innovation Activator 2026 – Fiji Innovation Hub.
Applications must be submitted by Wednesday 5:00pm 01 April 2026.
