TOP EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE (TOPEX) 2026 – Platform for leaders

The Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation is bringing back the Top Executive Conference (TOPEX) 2026 – Fiji’s premier business event – from 19 – 21 November at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, Denarau.

Now in its 12th year, TOPEX continues to provide a national business platform where those who lead, influence, invest, regulate and build businesses come together to listen, share and contribute to the conversations shaping Fiji’s economic direction.

Reflecting on the role TOPEX has come to play, FCEF Vice President and TOPEX Committee Chair Rowena Taito said:

Bringing the right people together
Fiji continues to see potential across tourism, trade, investment, infrastructure, technology, green growth, MSME development, regional partnerships and new areas of enterprise. However, these opportunities do not automatically become growth. They require confidence, coordination, practical policy settings and a private sector that is ready to lead.

This is where TOPEX continues to play an important role.

The conference provides a space for honest, practical and constructive conversations – centred on the issues that sit close to every business owner’s reality – bottlenecks, policy, regulations, operating costs, investment opportunities, productivity, market access, partnerships and networks.

Some of the most valuable insights often come not only from formal presentations, but from the experiences shared by other business owners who face similar pressures, testing new ideas, entering new markets, managing teams, navigating regulation and finding ways to grow.

TOPEX 2026 will once again be held at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, Denarau, from 19 to 21 November 2026.
